Return & Exchange Policy

At Yeptron, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Cancellation and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling orders and returning products. 1. Cancellation of Orders

a. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order in my orders screen.
b. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact us at cs@yeptron.com or 9441964626 and provide your order details. We will confirm the cancellation if it is within the specified time frame.
c. Cancellation Restrictions: After the cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy (Section 2) for information on returning products.

2. Return of Products

a. Return Eligibility:  You may return a product within 2 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included.
b. Non-Returnable Items:  Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or other reasons, as specified at the time of purchase.
c. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
   i. Contact our customer support team at  cs@yeptron.com or 9441964626  to request a return authorization (RA) number.

   ii. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

   iii. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.

   iv. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

   v. Ship the product to the address provided with the RA number.

d. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

e. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges and restocking fees, if applicable.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products
a. If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact our customer support team after receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the product and will cover return shipping costs.
b. Once we receive the defective or incorrect product, we will either replace it with a new one or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
